| Posted: | | | | As far as I'm aware even manual profiles are uploaded to the online collection, so if you've done that what you might be able to do is restore your online collection into a blank database, backup the manual profile from there, then restore it into your proper database from the backup. Might work.
Edit: I've just checked and my manual profiles are appearing in my online collection. | | | Last edited: by northbloke |

| Posted: | | | | Thanks North, but I removed the profiles by mistake immediately after creating them!, so I wondered if there is some trick to recover them. Some programs mark a deleted item as "deleted" but do not actually delete it until they compact the database. But I guess there is no such trick in DVD Profiler. | | | -- Enry |

| Posted: | | | | Unfortunately not. I've never seen any kind of "undo" in Profiler. It might be worth looking at a feature request - that removed profiles aren't actually removed until the program is closed down and can be restored until then. |

| Posted: | | | | Nope, no such trick in Profiler...at least none that I have found. Once you delete it, it is gone. Edit: I am actually removing some profiles from my collection...replaced the DVD version with the Blu-ray version and gave the DVDs to my daughter...and the pop up window does say: "The selected profile will be removed from your collection. This action cannot be undone." | | | No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever. There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom. Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand. The Centauri learned this lesson once. We will teach it to them again. Though it take a thousand years, we will be free. - Citizen G'Kar | | | Last edited: by TheMadMartian |

| Posted: | | | | Thanks anyway guys. Actually I was hoping for some undocumented work-around, but I knew it was a desperate attempt! | | | -- Enry |
