changing registration information

Hi
I found out that someone has copied my reg. info - can i change my name info or get a new key - my Online DVD-collection gets overwritten by someone else all the time.

First of all you should change your password here. Then the other one can't see your reg info anymore nor overwrite your collection.

And then you should contact Ken Cole. I am sure he finds a way to confirm that you are the owner of this account (e.g. email verification) and maybe then he can invalidate your current key and give you a new one.

Make sure the problem isn't based on a local virus. Perform a complete virus scan via Boot CD of your antivirus program. If your antivirus software doesn't have a Boot-CD dismount the HDD mount it into an external HDD case and perform the scan from a trustworthy computer.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!

Create a new account and send me a PM from that account, with your original PayPal receipt number.  I'll then disable the old account and upgrade the new account.
