Hello all,

How do I down load my on-line collection to a new computer?  Every time I try the synchronize option it will only let me overwrite the on-line collection.  Thanks for you assistance.

That might be because your online-collection is currently empty. Did you use another username?

This maybe because eyour online collection is empty! Check here.
Did you change your registration- or profile-name?

EDIT: Mithi beat me by some seconds.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

Yes this is possible, and sometimes the only way to repair a messed up online database.

When transferring your collection to another computer it's best to do a backup/restore, since the online collection does not store any of your personal data (tags, notes etc).
