Like Patsa mentioned, the DVD Profiler application *could* however possibly launch the Default Browser when choosing the "View Contributors" button of a profile, navigating to the "View Contributors" url on the Invelos server. For example, for Billy Elliot this would be: http://www.invelos.com/dvdpro/userinfo/ProfileContributors.aspx?UPC=5050582342611.4
When clicking hyperlinks in the resulting browser-window (for example the "View contribution notes" or "Site: click here to open" links), these links would then also open in the default browser that is configured in Windows.
Perhaps it would be a nice additional option to have in the DVD Profiler settings: whether to 1) use the embedded HTML component to render the "View Contributors" window/HTML, or 2) just launch the Default Browser to view the actual "View Contributors" HTML (seeing as the html code seems to rest / is produced on the Invelos website after all). | | | | Cirrus, Socrates, particle, decibel, hurricane, dolphin, tulip. |
