| Posted: | | | | Recently every time I try to do anything, I keep getting a pop up asking to save Tempnote.html. It's starting to get real annoying. How can I stop this? |

| Posted: | | | | I'm having the same problem. It started when I switched to Opera. It didn't do this under Firefox or IE, but because of my vision, I have to use Opera (long story).
In the File Download requester that comes up, it says the file is 2 bytes and the From line says it comes from, "c:\Documents and Settings\<my acct>\Application Data\..." and cuts off there. Turns out it gets created in ...\dvd profiler\temp. The thing is, it only exists while DVD Profiler is running. When you close the program, the \temp dir is deleted, so searching for tempnote.html won't work.
Question is, why does this happen under some browsers and not others? someone said it happens when they use Firefox. Now I use to use Firefox 2 and it never happened. Does this happen with Firefox 3?
My guess is something went foobar when DVD Profiler was updated, 'cuz nobody's mentioned this problem until recently. Fortunately, it's merely an annoyance, but I still would like to see it rectified. |

| Posted: | | | | I have been using Opera for years and never encountered this, so I doubt it is inherently connected to Opera. |
