On the "Evaluating contribution" page, the Reason field for a 'No' vote is limited (about 150 characters) while that for a 'Yes' vote is apparently unlimited.

No, it's not unlimited, but you can enter much more than is shown after clicking "Yes".

@Ken: Please change limits on both to at least 300 characters, 150 is often not enough.

Sometimes 1000 wouldn't be enough, but I agree doubling the space would probably cover 99%.

Yup, that shouldn't be too hard to implement nowadays. Same goes for the notes field in DVDp itself by the way but that's off-topic.
