| Posted: | | | | Hello to you all.
Since I've been using dvd-profiler for a while now, thought it was time to get me a license key. So I did. First I created a new account at Invelos with a new username and password and activated it. After that I bought the registration key.
To my surprise in the registration field I can only fill in my 'old (nick)name' with the new key. Isn't it possible to change the name in the registrationfield to my real name somehow?
Thanks in advance for your answer/sollution.

| Posted: | | | | In the program, under Tools/Registration Information, the name in the first/last fields should be matching what you have here online under the Registration button at the top of every page. Is this your question? The program is (or is not) allowing you to enter your name correctly? I am confused a little by your question. Based on your profile page, you uploaded your collection 6 minutes after your last post, which indicated that the program knows you have a full license key. | | | Kevin |

| Posted: | | | | What he wants to do is to change his registration name (online and offline). This is only possible for Invelos staff.
So if you misspelled your real- (registration) name, contact Invelos via the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page. Possibly Gerri can help. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?
