| Posted: | | | | I upgraded to 3.5.1, and while I can't attest to if that is when the issue started, I can say that I can no longer filter via rating. For example, if I select "Rating is equal to PG" it brings up all 135 of my NR rated titles. Same if I choose any other rating with "equal to". If I choose "At least" anything I get all of my titles, and "less than" I get none of them.
Any idea what's going on? Thanks!

| Posted: | | | | All's fine here. So it seems to be a local problem. Please try a database repair via DVDProfiler menu "Tools -> Options -> Utilities -> Database Repair".
I'm not sure if that helps, but at least it's worth a try. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

| Posted: | | | | I've been considering posting this question myself for a while. I'm having problems with filtering by rating, too. Sometime it works, other times it doesn't.
Recently (with the latest 1252 build) I tried filtering on exactly "Adult" and it showed me only my adult titles, jus as I expected. But when I cleared from that filter and went back to it later, I got NO hits when I picked exactly "Adult." I tried clearing all filters but when I selected exactly "Adult" I got nothing. So I find that filtering by a specific rating is very hit-or-miss.
I'll try a database repair and see if that has any effect. | | | Another Ken (not Ken Cole) Badges? We ain't got no badges. We don't need no badges. I don't have to show you any stinking badges. DVD Profiler user since June 15, 2001 |

| Posted: | | | | Yep, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. It worked the other day, and right now it's not working at all. This is on two different computers it's occurring on, both with the same problems. One is official build 1252 and the other is the beta 1252. Doesn't seem to matter.

| Posted: | | | | I noticed I am having this problem as well... I tried to filter on PG and it says I have none!?! and tried to filter on R... it gives me nothing but NR. I opened a support ticket about it yesterday... and they couldn't reproduce it... I just replied back pointing to this thread. | | | Pete |

| Posted: | | | | I was seeing this after upgrading too. I ran the database repair utility, and it *seems* to have gone away. I'm not sure I've tried this enough times to verify that it's really gone, though.
