| Posted: | | | | I've been trying to update all my box sets to have child profiles, and when I downloaded the available child profiles for Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman: The Complete Second Season I noticed it was missing disc four. Then I tried finding the disc four profile separately bey searching by name, and it said I already owned it. When I deleted all the child profiles and searched again, it still said I had disc four. It seems like the the parent profile is also being recognized as the disc four profile. Is there a way I can fix that locally, or is it some sort of program glitch? |

If you are wanting to use the Child profiles then delete the Disc data from the parent's Disc Section, not the Boxset. That is where it is reading your data from.

Skip I'll try that, but all the other child profiles are showing fine, and the disc data is still there. |

When you select the parent profile and go to "DVD -> Change UPC" does it show a real UPC or a DiscId? Is it possible that you've already downloaded the Disc4 profile and just didn't assign it to the box? Because when I look at your online collection, I find an entry "Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman: The Complete Second Season: Disc Four" with DiscId "I13B5A997BE8CAB5A". | | | Karsten DVD Collectors Online

| Posted: | | | | Never mind. I figured it out. Season 4 had season 2's 4th disc, and didn't have it's own. |

Yeah, that disc was set as a child to Season 4 in the database. I thought I had checked all the other seasons for extra discs, but I guess because season 4 had six discs (disc 4 being the second season's, not the fourth) I didn't notice it. |
