| Posted: | | | | Hi,
I have the latest DVDprofiler installed but on my Vista64 i don't have a "Refresh Button" under Collection/Flagged. But on my other computer i run windows XP en there IS a "Refresh Button" under Collection/Flagged. Is there something that i am doing wrong or is it a bug? |

| Posted: | | | | Hi,
I've seen repeated references to updating flagged profiles but have never had that option. Perhaps it's related to a plugin. |

Click the Commands tab, then the Collection category. Scroll down to find the "Refresh..." option (80% down the list), click and drag it into your main menu. Release when it's where you want it. The default is under Collection->Flagged. | | | Invelos Software, Inc. Representative |

| Posted: | | | | My thanks also. It's still not a menu option but I am able to click on the "Refresh..." icon. Also, if I click on "Collection" it grays out until I flag at least one DVD and then click on "Collection" again and highlight "Flagged" long enough for the sub-menu to be displayed. Curious.
I'm running XP Home. |

| Posted: | | | | I'll explain why it seemed curious to me.
I followed Ken's suggestion to add the "Refresh..." option to the icon menu.
Now, when I start Profiler I see "Refresh..." displayed with the icons. If I click on it I see the "Refresh Flagged DVDs" window telling me that I'm about to refresh 0 DVDs. Okay so far. If I then click "Collection" and move the pointer down to Flagged and leave the pointer there long enough to display the sub-menu the "Refresh..." grays out then.
What I thought unusual was that it wasn't grayed out initially. I thought perhaps there might be some correlation between this and my system not displaying the Refresh option under Collection/Flagged.
I don't see it as a problem now that I have the ability to refresh the flagged profiles. |
