Does anyone have a good profile for this title 085391148357 ? The one that was currently in the system was missing all the titles (Dirty Harry, Magnum Force, The Enforcer, etc.) so I tried to add them to it by scanning the DVDs (disc ID) and then submitted the contribution. For some reason everyone is saying that they are the wrong disc IDs even though the IDs are what DVD Profiler said they were). Anyway I just want a working profile that lists all the titles in it, so if someone has a good one, can you please submit it.

Thanks

You did not add disk ID's.  You actually added the UPC's for the individually packaged movies.

You probably need to create the profiles under the disk id's and then resubmit.

You have to be careful when selecting profiles found by scanning the disc. As CharlieM says, it finds UPC profiles that contain the ID too as well as ID profiles.
In that situation I prefer searching by title and seeing if the ID is listed anywhere in the right column rather than trust the program to pick the right one.
Or, seeing how you already have the individual release profiles in your database now - if they are almost identical to the boxset profiles, simply use Change UPC to change the UPC profile to an ID profile (you'll need the discs back in the PC) and change any other info that needs it. That will create the proper ID profiles you're looking for.

I'm not sure how I could have done that as there are no UPCs on the folders for the movies (each folder as 2-3 movies in it). The only UPC I had is for the whole collection, so I had to add them via disc ID (putting each DVD into the drive and letting DVD Profiler recognize it)

I wonder if that is what happened when I tried to add the separate movies via the disc ID since I didn't have UPC's for each movie.  I'll have to play around with it some more and see if I can get working right,  thanks.
