Well I have been trying to add my Christmas DVDs to my profiler and I hit the add DVD option and it begins connecting to online database and dowloading the updated file and when it begins processing I lock up every time, about half-way through.  It is connecting fine and it appears to finish downloading, but when it begins to process it gives me the "not responding" message!!!

Kinda baffled, I have tried everything outside of re-installing, but just so you know I am still on the previous build of DVDP!!!

Try a database repair. In DVD Profiler go to Tools > Options > Utilities > Repair Database.
