| Posted: | | | | I just upgraded from 3.1.1 to 3.5.0 b1240. When viewing the Discs window, the columns that are not part of the Side A or Side B grouping are not shown, even when I select them in the View Columns list. Further, the Disc Num column cannot even be selected (don't recall if this is by intention or if it could be related to why the Description, Location, and Slot columns are not being displayed). I had no such problems with 3.1.1. The columns for Side A and Side B do display when checked.
I often include personalized info in the Location field that I would like to be viewable in this window next to each disc of a multi-disc title.
Thanks.

| Posted: | | | | If I understand you correctly your saying that when going into the disc info window you are seeing no data.
If this is the case are you sure the data was entered into the window in the first place?
Not all profiles when downloaded from the main database has the Disc ID's present. Try placing the DVD for that particular title into your DVD drive, in the Disc ID's window select "Add DVD" then allow DVDP to read the Disc ID itself.

| Posted: | | | | The Disc ID is a side-specific attribute and does show up in the Discs window of the main screen when I choose to display it, for Side A and/or Side B. It's the non-side-specific attributes that are not being displayed, i.e., Disc Num, Description, Location, and Slot. These are the attributes populated in the Disc section of the Personalize DVD window. They were displayed in the Discs window of the main screen with 3.1.1 on my computer but not now with 3.5.

| Posted: | | | | Why would you want "side b" info too show up if the Disc doesn't have a side b?

| Posted: | | | | Here is what my Discs window looks like. You can see that none of the "Disc Info" columns are displayed, even though they are checked, nor is the Disc Info heading that normally spans these columns. Doug |

| Posted: | | | | Thanks Giga. The unmark / remark steps did not work, but I tried your suggestion in the last post of the linked thread (i.e., delete layout files) and all is well once again.
