| Posted: | | | | I recently switched to Vista and downloaded my collection from the web. It seemed to go great.
Access violation at address 00aaf60d in module dvdpro.exe. Read of address 0000008.
I added a couple of titles and was trying to upload and got the above error. It was after I entered my password and chose "upload". Any suggestions on what to do to remedy the situation. |

| Posted: | | | | The problem is likely a bad custom genre. To fix it, temporarily add a few custom genres, select OK, then go back and remove them.
