| Posted: | | | | Does anyone have any guidance in the case where a DVD is marked as being Fremantle Media and Talkback Thames with regards to the Media Publisher?
From their respective websites:
Fremantle Media: "The production operation comprises some of the most recognised and creative labels from around the world including UFA, Blu, teamWorx, talkbackTHAMES, Grundy and Blue Circle. In addition to our worldwide production operations, we have ... FremantleMedia Enterprises, handling distribution and licensing."
Talkback Thames: "Talkback Thames is the UK Production arm of FremantleMedia."
I guess if both were there the publisher would be Talkback Thames, but if only Fremantle were mentioned they are probably the publisher but would like any thoughts; thanks! | | | It is dangerous to be right in matters where established men are wrong |

| Posted: | | | | I've only ever encountered Talkback Thames as a television production company and so belongs in the Studio section. I may be wrong, but I'd say Fremantlemedia were both publisher and distributor and so goes in the Publisher section.
Is there any small print on the back cover that may help? Which title is it?
Edit: it may not be relevant, but whenever we wanted to source clips from any Talkback programmes, we always went to Fremantlemedia for the material. | | | Last edited: by northbloke |

Thanks for the input; it's the Goodnight Sweetheart titles I was looking at specifically, though I dare say it applies more generally. 5027182612802 is the EAN for S1 | | | It is dangerous to be right in matters where established men are wrong |
