| Posted: | | | | A possible bug, at the moment, as you can see, there is a title missing from my online collection, R4 title, The Mothman Prophecies. This title is showing up in my dvdprofiler data base but not the online collection- why is that? Why is there a gap showing in the online version? I know how to upload when using dvdprofiler etc. Any help would be most grateful..... |

| Posted: | | | | Check your online settings for Adult titles.
Go to my profiler > online collection settings > show in public listing > adult titles. Titles rated R are considered Adult titles. | | | Last edited: by Telecine |

| Posted: | | | | Didn't we have this problem (for some users) a little while ago...if I remember correctly Ken stated to upload a totally blank DB to the online so as to clear what is/was up there then to reload your working DB and re-upload it. (not to just re-upload your current DB)

| Posted: | | | | You can also check your settings in DVDProfiler. Tools > Options > Parental control. |
