If possible I would like to see the “Right-Click” Copy & Past Mouse Options available in the Name Lookups on the Title, Cast & Crew Filtered Menu

Currently one must enter the names or use short-cut keys CTRL & C\V.

Lazy I know...

Isn't Ctrl-C/Ctrl-V faster than right clicking, then scrolling down to Copy (Past), etc?  I find it so.

Yes, but you either need both hands or to move your hand off the mouse (if the mouse is on the left side). If you had it on a right click, it could be done with a small move of the mouse.

Just to add - I'm happy with Ctrl+C/V but have got nothing against adding in other ways of doing it.

Don't get me wrong, I agree with you about having more than one way of doing things.  While I have a lot of complaints about MicroSoft products, one thing I do appreciate is the way MS has several ways of doing some functions: mouse, keyboard shortcuts, etc.
