I purchased on of those three movies on one DVD yesterday at our local "Big Lots!" for $3.00.
When I went to add it by UPC I found there is another title from the same company with the same UPC. Searching the forums for a discussion on this subject keeps timing out. And reading the Contribution Rules left me a bit confused as I had never come across this situation.

Thanks,

Bobb

All you can do is "Add by Disc ID" and use the "Episode Dividers" to indicate the division between each movie.

I haven't bought one of those type of discs yet,, but if I did,,,and I didn't have time for any major restorations and upkeep, .. I would probably load up the three movies by themselves, change the features accordingly and use disc ID for all all three and of course, keep it locale and lock it off.. Periodically check the data base for that disc ID and see if it has been contributed. IMHO..

Good idea but it wouldn't work for the same reason that you can't have double UPCs.
The program simply isn't designed to handle this.
So snarbo's idea seems to be the only way.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

Further to my earlier suggestion...

(Episode Divider) Film Title 1
Cast or Crew (depending which section your in)
actor 1
actor 2
actor 3
etc
(Episode Divider) Film Title 2
repeat as above

(Episode Divider) Film Title 3
repeat as above

As for running Time combine all 3 films running time (remember to state in contribution notes what you have done.)
Production Year - taken from earliest film
CoO - if all three films from same country your ok, if not leave blank.

Audio & Video again if the same for all three put in else leave blank.

Yes that's right.,, well then use UPC for one title, Canada locality for the second title with disc ID  and USA locality for the third title Disc ID..  for a temporary midweek fix..  keeping it Locale of course.

BTW bobb, what was the title?  I saw a great DVD with three major titles with a Bill Murray Theme for $8.99 in a bin once ,,. ---- Stripes - Groundhog day, and.... Ghostbusters??  ..
