| Posted: | | | | Just got this message after updating a cover scan, so it won't let me contribute, and the full image still has a blu-ray banner even though slip case is ticked.
I also have problems with another DVD in that the thumnails won't show even though the full image is in the profile.
What can I do?

| Posted: | | | | Please try a database repair. You get there via DVDProfiler menu "Tools -> Options -> Utilities -> Database repair ..." Choose the complete repair.
If you're using the beta version 3.5.x contributing changes to profiles isn't possible yet. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

| Posted: | | | | Hi, Apologies for bumping this very old thread, but I am experiencing similar problems. Every time I try to contribute a DVD profile with a new/better/updated set of cover-scans, the "Include Cover Scans" box is greyed-out, so I can't submit it. I have undertaken a FULL Database Repair, using the in-built Repair Utility, which found no problems, and appears to have made no changes to my Database, so I really don't know what's going on. Does anyone know how to fix this problem please? Pooch |

Here's a silly question: Do you have both a front and back scan of what you are trying to contribute? |

In most cases yes, in one or two others, no.
