| Posted: | | | | That's great, but we don't use IMDb when it comes to film credits. If she is credited as Julianne Liberto in the credits, then that's how she gets credited. Otherwise, I don't get the point of this post . | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |

| Posted: | | | | This should solve the whole thing: http://www.julienneliberto.com/The "credit lookup tool" shows one title for Julienne Liberto ('Heaven'), and one for Julianne Liberto (the second season of 'Rome'). Her official site lists both credits, so we know it's indeed the same person. With two different credits, it's impossible to declare what is the "most-credited form", so I think we can use her official site as the tiebreaker - since that's her name, chances are she'll be credited as such in future projects as well. So I'd say she should be entered as "Julienne Liberto [Julianne Liberto]" in 'Rome'. | | | Last edited: by T!M |

Otherwise, I don't get the point of this post . Oh, and for the record: I actually quite like these new resumé's at imdb.com ( here's Ms. Liberto's example) - they're not just normal user-built data, but it's actually an optional extra that has to be paid for, and the information has to be supplied to IMDb by some kind of agent. As such, the data listed on these resumé's often contradicts IMDb's own data, and I've found them to be quote reliable for establishing whether it's indeed that particular actor/actress who starred in that partical movie/tv show, or someone else with the same or a similar name. The difference is clear here, too: while IMDb itself has a separate, incorrect entry for the non-existing "Julianna Liberto", the resumé for "Julienne" actually includes the "Julianna" credit. Since these resumé's contain paid-for, agent-supplied data, they're quite a bit more reliable than the "normal", user-built data. |

From what I understand, this info could have come from anyone with and IMDb Pro Account. BTW, here is IMDb's disclaimer at the end of this resume: "IMDb is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of the contents of this page, which have been supplied by a third party and have not been screened or verified." | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection | | | Last edited: by Bad Father |

| Posted: | | | | I'll agree with that, tim. To a point, but fairly clearly I also agree with 8Ball as i don't believe that sabastian's question has anything to do with establishing a Common Name. He needs to learn the basics FIRST before moving onto the more advanced data. 8Balls comment was geared towards teaching the basics.

| Posted: | | | | I got that. Still, I figured that it wouldn't hurt to point out the obvious - there are just too many people here who'd happily enter her as "Julianne Liberto" in 'Rome' without applying the much-needed common name - even IMDb made that mistake. Now, wouldn't we all like to rise above their level? @ 8ballMax: granted. But still: it does have to be paid for, which IMHO makes it a little bit more trustworthy than "normal" IMDb-data. And looking at the resumé-page for Ms. Liberto, it's clear that the information there does come from someone very directly associated to her - there's an abundance of very private (a bit too private, if you ask me) information there. All I meant to say was that I value the information in such resumé's a little more than the general, user-built IMDb-data. The fact that it often contradicts IMDb's own data, like it does here, doesn't hurt either. | | | Last edited: by T!M |

| Posted: | | | | Like I said, Tim. I understand and personally I agree with you butIi think the user needs to learn to walk before he tries running. Skip | | | ASSUME NOTHING!!!!!! CBE, MBE, MoA and proud of it. Outta here

I agree that there are far, far too many users relying on IMDb for cast & crew credits, the appalling condition of the CLT makes this quite evident. | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |

| Posted: | | | | they smuggle them in anyway they can even changing the data slightely so you would not notice where it came from, I think Mel Gibson's The Patriot is a good example of that. Nearly as many uncredited as credited cast. | | | Sources for one or more of the changes and/or additions were not submitted. Please include the sources for your changes in the contribution notes, especially for cast and crew additions. |

| Posted: | | | | Whoa.....according to her IMDB Resume she's 39 kg (i.e., about 86 pounds?) That's one tiny woman! | | | "This movie has warped my fragile little mind." | | | Last edited: by gardibolt |
