I have several movies that show the cover for another movie in my collection.  For example, a James Bond movie will show a cover of one of kids Barbie movies in the listing.  When I go in to edit the movie, it shows the correct cover and back.  This has happened with several movies.  How do I fix and is this a known bug with 3.1?

If you had done one of three things we could have helped you with your question.,
1. You don't have your 'location' listed we don't know if it is region 1 or region 2 you are asking about.
2. If you had listed your movies on line in the collection section we could have looked it up.
3. If you had given more clues to the title in question such as a UPC/ EAN code could have helped as well..

Ok, I fixed the incorrect covers by changing the region to region 1.  There are some movies in my collection that are not showing the cover information.  I am very new to this program so if there is some information that you need, please let me know and I will post it.

Back to your problem:
your collection# 481 - 488 (and possibly some other as well) were not entered by UPC, as a result you don't get any info on this DVDs. You can reenter the UPC by DVDProfiler menu "DVD -> Change UPC" then go to menu "Online -> Refresh DVD from Invelos" this should download the correct data

Some of your collection are not of your locality (region). For getting the correct info for your DVDs go to DVDProfiler menu "DVD -> Change locality" in the pulldown menu check USA after this refresh the profile as already described.

For the future go to DVDProfiler menu "Tools -> Options ->Defaults" here you can set your region and your locality defaults for profile downloads and new contributions.

Since this is a user generated database sometimes your DVD is not in the database. If so, please contribute it to the database after reading the contribution rules. If you have any questions how to do this, feel free to come up and ask. Usually we don't bite, even though some of us can be quite sarcastic.

There is only one question not to be asked: This concerns DVDProfiler and it's capabilities of profiling CDs, Games, etc. For further info on this topics go to online menu "forums -> Search Forums" and type CD.

It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?
