| Posted: | | | | For weeks now, when trying to refresh updated profiles from Invelos, all I get is the message "All your DVD profiles are up to date" -- which I doubt after such a long time span. Anyone else experience this? Why doesn't this feature work any more? Am I doing something wrong, did I miss something?
Thanks for your help. |

| Posted: | | | | Are you seeing anything up for voting?
At the top of the forums click database and that'll take you through to the profiles currently up for a vote. | | | IVS Registered: January 2, 2002 |

| Posted: | | | | I can see updates every day. But not so much as prior to the beta version of the profiler. Maybe more and more people are using the beta version. Regretfully it's not possible (at the moment) to contribute from this version. | | | Thorsten |

| Posted: | | | | Yeah... I believe it has a lot to do with the Beta myself. I know I opened version 3.1 maybe 2 or 3 times since the beta came out... and do all my work on the beta and just tag the profile to contribute once contributions for 3.5 is enabled. | | | Pete |

| Posted: | | | | Yeah I do still see them come through pretty much every day... but the OP may not have the amount of movies we have to see it... as it has drastically went down. But then again... the last couple days I have seen the contributions rising again. | | | Pete |

| Posted: | | | | I get updates virtually every day also... It sounds like lachenay may just have to contact Ken. Perhaps there's something wrong with the timestamp of his database, or something similar. | | | Corey |

I've contributed some, but it is time consuming to maintain both versions , updating both dvs and saves. | | | We don't need stinkin' IMDB's errors, we make our own. Ineptocracy, You got to love it. Thanks for your help. I see you have over 4000 titles.. (?)., and no updates? yiour titles must be pretty special and thoroughly up to date by others who own the same.. . I only have about 800 titles total and I get maybe 6 a week to up date.. | | | In the 60's, People took Acid to make the world Weird. Now the World is weird and People take Prozac to make it Normal.

A side effect of the lower numbers is that contributions are approved and released within three days now (and in one case a new contribution approved within 10 seconds, is that automated now?). | | | Hans |

Not that I know of; I'm pretty sure someone erported a rejection of a new contribution due to 'seeming to come from an illegal source' recently... though I suppose it may have changed even more recently than that! | | | It is dangerous to be right in matters where established men are wrong |
