| Posted: | | | | I had the same SG when trying to change a US to UK, had to do the dreaded ctrl/alt/dlt to clear the hang-up
Restarted it, changed the RRP currency and regions, then changed the locality and it all worked ok Not sure if there is a connection or a coincidence? | | | |

| Posted: | | | | Thanks Rich. Just tried changing the RRP currency to Canadian Dollars and then changing the locality and it still hangs. |

| Posted: | | | | Been playing around and it seems to only hang on the discs that are stored by disc ID. The few I tried with UPCs changed ok.
Rich and Martin, were the ones you had trouble with also disc IDs? |

| Posted: | | | | Cool, looks like we've narrowed it down quite specifically then. I have been using a temporary work around where I change from disc ID to regular UPC. Then change the locality, then add the disc ID back. Long winded but OK until Ken can fix it in the program |

Great minds think alike - that is exactly what I did also As I have just discovered, gotta be careful not to enter a 'fake' UPC that is too long though, as that seems to hang it as well. Looks like the bug is down to the length of the UPC field. |
