| Posted: | | | | Hi. I have a small problem with Reassign Collection Numbers. After doing a partial or full reassign, the collection numbers start with 2 instead of 1. Apon viewing an exported XML of the collection, I DO find a collection item number 1, but it has no UPC, no title, no dates. Basically all it has is the collection number 1.
Is there any way I can get rid of the bogus entry #1? I take it there's no way to import a modified XML file. I did try running the database repair utility, but that didn't help.
Thanks. Ver 3.1.1 / 1171 |

| Posted: | | | | You could try this: backup your database then create a new, blank one. Then restore your backup into the blank database but make sure you select the option to choose which profiles to restore. Fingers crossed the stray profile will show up and you can restore all except that one. | | | Last edited: by northbloke |
