I have no idea how to get my images to high resolution.  That is one of the main reason i bought the program.  can anyone help.  I have high res images selected and i went to the online tab and refresh images but not one is high res.

Tools> Options> Display

On that tab, look under "DVD Cover Image Quality" and check 'High Quality', then OK.

Make sure the profile doesn't have the images locked.

You obviously have not registered the product correctly, for if you did, there would be an icon next to your user name proclaiming you to be a premium key holder. Check your registration. Also, be sure that there are no trailing spaces after the username that you created.

Oh you're right Max, I didn't notice that there wasn't the little icon next to their username.

well i have all the other options that come with it like changing layouts, charts, reports, anf thumbnail views.  so if you can just answer my question it would be helpful.  I did select the high res  as for this Tools> Options> Display

On that tab, look under "DVD Cover Image Quality" and check 'High Quality', then OK.

But nothing happened.  and i did check to see if there was a space behind my name.  i put one in there after the fact to see and it came up with not register so i changed it back to the way it was.

Like I said in my previous post, Invelos is not recognizing your username as a registered premium user. Click on the Registration Tab at the top of this webpage and it will display the registration info for user proboller86. If it is not showing, then your registration is incorrect. Insure that your registration info matches exactly with what you used to register your premium key with...it is case-sensitive.

As Max says, there's something going on with your registration. In order to get access to the hi-res images both the program and the website need to recognise you as a premium user. And as you don't have the eye logo next to your name I'd say it's the website.
Click on "registration" above and make sure the info there matches the info in the program registration info exactly.

IF for some reason the program recognises you as registered even though the icon isn't showing (though definitely try to find out why the icon isn't showing or you may end up with all sorts of problems in future too) after changing the cover image quality to High (as you say you have) you should also force a re-download of the images.

I can't get at the program right now but I think it's under:

Online -> Refresh all images

Well, for some reason the forums think you are a free user. So you probably aren't going to get the high res images. How long ago did you buy the program. The registration area will tell whether it thinks you are a premium user or not.

Using PayPal will take a few days before the money reach invelos.com. You won't be granted High-res images, unless it has.

you have a reg date of jUly 26th.. so it can take a few days before paypal transfers the money to Invelos. Until that happens you don't get the registration.

Give it another few days..

A maximum of 500 pixels wide, and a max of 700 high, whichever one is hit first.

...with a maximum size of 200,000 bytes (or maybe < 200,000 so only use 199,999 to be safe.  )
Bad movie?  You're soaking in it!

If you use an eCheck, expect it to take 5-7 business days to clear.  If you payed via PayPal instant payment, check to make sure there isn't a leading or trailing space on your User Name/Reg code in DVD Profiler.

But until you see next to your name here, you won't have access to the higher resolution images.
