| Posted: | | | | Despite all other titles updating OK and other discs adding OK, I canot get the system to download the Blu Ray of Broken Trail. Any ideas why not? It just informs me there is an error when half way thru the profile. The data is there as it appears in preview but will not allow me to have a copy Thanks for any ideas |

| Posted: | | | | Is this happening: Why do I get errors when downloading some images? You're receiving the message "An error has occurred processing this file". Answer: The yellow X that appears next to skipped images indicates that there are no images available online. This is normal behavior. If, however, you are receiving an error message processing the file, the problem may be related to a firewall or filtering software. If you have CyberSitter, NetNanny, or similar software, configure it to allow all files from www.invelos.com and static.invelos.com | | | Sources for one or more of the changes and/or additions were not submitted. | Posted: | | | | Tried to check myself. Obviously the Blu-Ray of "Broken Tail" isn't in the database for region 4 (EDIT: There is one without region coding and locality USA though). Since this is a user generated database please contribute it after reading the contribution rules. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

| Posted: | | | | Thanks you guys. Since all other discs update / download OK it seems the problem is with this file. Goblinsdoitall may have the answer as to why but not perhaps the solution as to how to correct! perhaps someone with this file needs to check the data for a fault. I have a lot of zone A blu rays and they all input OK. Only this one gives trouble. |
