| Posted: | | | | Several hours ago, I signed up for the free registration, then while signed in, I purchased the Unlimited DVD Profiler 3.0 product. I received the confirming email of both my registration (which I validated by responding to the email), and I also received a confirmation email for my purchase.
But nowhere does it mention what my registration key number is. Similarly, when I am logged in on Invelos.com is shows that there is no valid registration key attached to my account.
Help! Where is my registration key?
Thanks, Steve |

| Posted: | | | | It's possible the delay is with Paypal. Invelos don't send out the key until they get confirmation from Paypal that the money has cleared. I've just made a transaction with Paypal and they've done it as an echeque - which means it'll be days before it clears (and they did this without asking me)! If they've done the same to you, you may have to wait a bit before the key arrives. But you can still start loading your DVDs into Profiler before your key arrives. The 50 title limit only refers to certain features of the program, you can add as many as you like, then just download the hi-res covers when your key arrives. |

| Posted: | | | | I don't think entering your key should do that to your database, but you can always do a backup beforehand just in case. If your key still hasn't turned up after a few days I'd suggest you use "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page to send a message to Ken and Gerri Cole (they run Invelos) with the details so they can look into it for you. | | | Last edited: by northbloke |

If you purchase on a Saturday, you won't see a confirmation untill Thursday of the following week. | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |
