I've had this problem for some time... My Entry for Superman: The Movie will not download the cover image. At one time it was fine, then I updated the cover images (like I do every so often) and then after that it was just a default picture saying "Image not available"
When I refresh the profile by itself, the status bar moves and it's done (nothing changes) when I refresh the image, it goes really quick, but doesn't change.
However, if I select Refresh Profile and Images, it hangs on the profile part and gives me an error saying unable to download file, continue anyways?
Saying yes just skips the profile update and the image refresh goes quickly.
It appears that there may be a corrupted entry on the database? I can't think of any other reason this could be happening..
Any help would be appreciated. |

all 3 profiles have there covers in the online.
check also the internet connection:

| | Posted: | | | | Thanks for the replies.. My internet connection is fine, I have no problems updating other dvd's in DVD profiler.. I'm wondering if something is corrupt on my end. I'll delete it and re-add it, see if that helps |
