and when i put it in the database it does not except my UPC Code so i call the title
The Apple Dumpling Gang / The Apple Dumpling Gang Rides Again
then when i click on Online then i click on Refresh Profile And Images
its says

This dvd was edited on 7-5-2008. refreshing this DVD will undo the changes you made.
then i click yes to continue and then it says
Unable to download file, if this problem persists, please check with your internet connection
the thing is i have checked with my internet connection and it says that my connection is good
