| Posted: | | | | Hi, I own the Dirty Harry Collection Blu Ray's and the profile is pretty much empty. I would like to contribute the profile but I am not sure how to enter the data since these are 5 movies.
Could anyone explain it to me? | | | Check out my Youtube channel under https://www.youtube.com/user/alittleolder |

Could anyone explain it to me? http://www.invelos.com/dvdpro/contributions/Rules.aspx?display=boxsetsThe most stuff like cast & crew doesn't belong to the boxset profile. As with DVDs the Blu-Rays from this boxset should get child profiles, one for each movie. If the movies don't have an unique EAN/UPC they have to be contributed via Disc-ID. At the moment it is not possible to get the Disc-IDs from Blu-Rays or HDDVDs. We all wait for DVD Profiler 3.5 that will support getting Disc-IDs from Hi-Def discs. | | | Last edited: by SpaceFreakMicha |

| Posted: | | | | Well, it is still empty and I guess it is not possible, at this point in time, to create the profiles for the "children". Somebody, I forgot who, submitted profiles for the individual films with dividers directly to the boxset profile. I, together with a couple of other people, voted for this amendment but regrettably it got declined. Regrettably because it would have added the information on the individual films.
How can this situation be remedied or do we have to live with the fact that the profiles for the individual films in this box set (and indeed for all Blu-ray boxsets unless they have individual UPC numbers) cannot be entered? | | | Last edited: by Konrad |

| Posted: | | | | You need to have a little patience. 3.5 is right around the corner and will include the ability to create children for the Blu-ray discs.
In the meantime, what you can do (like I did) is create manual profiles for the individual films, which can be updated once the ability becomes available. |

| Posted: | | | | Not that that is a BR-only problem. If you own the DVD Ultimate Collection, in my case from the UK, the individual films have to be added via Region 1 discs - and amended. Seems not many people are interested in the movies, let alone the collection. OTOH, it's only just released. |
