| Posted: | | | | Hi to all, I am (or better was) a very satisfied user of DVD Profiler. Synchronisation with my XDA Nova (Windows Mobile 6) was always fine. But today I needet to reset my mobile. After I reinstalled the DVD Profiler (no problems) I wanted to synchronise it with my desktop (windows XP pro SP2) but after a few profiles he says that there is not enough space on my mobile device. That cannot be - there is over 30MB free space on the mainstorage and nearly 2GB on the secondary storage. I've tried several times with both storages, rested the mobile again and so on... I have about 250 DVD's in my list. Never had any problems with storage or anything else. Can someone help men? Many thanks in advance |

| Posted: | | | | Are you a registered user (you're not showing the little symbols by your name to indicate yu are) and if so have you made sure you've put your registration code in so that it can cope with more than 50 titles? | | | It is dangerous to be right in matters where established men are wrong |

I have a legal version (if you mean this by 'registered') and entered the serial key properly. Otherwise he would just synchronise the first 50 DVDs. But he doesn't synchronise any. He starts, and aborts after approx. 30 DVDs. They do not appear on my mobile either. |

Hmm; interesting therefore that the symbols aren't showing by your name... have you changed email address since registration? I would defintiely try to get the little symbols to come up so my account was recognised and see if that helps. Also, I assume you have the latest version of both programs to make sure there are no compatibility issues. | | | It is dangerous to be right in matters where established men are wrong |

| Posted: | | | | yes, I have switched my email-adress since. I don't have the other account information anymore. Updating both programs is a good idea. I'll give it a try.
Thanks |

| Posted: | | | | Hi,
I just checked. These are both the newest builds which are available. So that can't be the problem. |
