????

Very strange, everything about this software is awesome but on a closer look on my mobile device namely a HTC tytn 2 not all of the dvds have syns'd???

Does anyone know why this would not happen?

Discs not sync'd are blade for example - present on the laptop and backed up but not showing at all on the mobile device?

I have tried deleting the entire database from the HTC and re-syncing but with no success.

Any ideas.

Thanks

Ian

Also, how can you check the disc quantity on the mobile version to see how many profiles are missing?

Check your Adult settings...Dollars-to-donuts it's your "adult" titles that are missing.

In Desktop DVD Profiler:
Tools>Options>Parental Control: Tick "Allow Adult Titles".

In DVD Profiler Mobile:
Check "Adult Titles".

Does the HTC style of mobile device work for the software?  I am trying to find the right device so that I can get the software uploaded to it.  Any help would be a god send.

HTC makes a wide range of products, so some will work, some won't.

You need something based on Windows Mobile Professionel, for example the HTC Touch Pro or the HTC TyTN II.

HTC Touch works...it has Windows PC operating system.  One thing I should point out here though I don't know the file specifically.  My HTC Touch was having software issues related to my local provider.  I have no idea if it is windows related or HTC related.  But I did what I was told and installed the patch which was 3 versions off what was in the HTC when I bought it.

I had to reinstall the mobile software and something came up where it said the HTC had a newer version of a certain file compared to DVD profiler mobile, and in order to make it work I would have to remove it and install the older version of the file.

My guess is that if this file is in your software that it has to be related to Windows PC software.  Should I try and field test the software again so I can get what the file was called?  And then post it here?  So you will know and then can update accordingly?

How did I work around things?  I ended up having to put the software on my SD card (4GB) and it works fine now.  I'm just wondering what is so important about this file that I had the software on the phone before the patch and now I can't because the HTC has newer software than the DVD profiler.

I know this doesn't help much...so I will get you the file name.  And add it to this post.  I love your software regardless....Mobile, PC, the whole yards!!
