Canada has a separate Home Video rating system, from which the Film system is actually derived. The only difference with the home video system is that it also includes an "exempt" designation.

Edit TV Ratings. As of yet I have not been able to find any Rating system for UK TV. Over here there is a form of Gentleman's agreement between companies that content will be shown at times suitable to what is considered "Bedtimes" for children of certain ages.
ie
mild swearing etc not before 7PM
stronger swearing / nudity not before 9PM
as for full nudity (only available on PPV Satellite Channels).
