Whenever I try to connect via Online->DVD Profiler Online I get an error message that 'an unexpected error' [are there expected ones, too?] occurred. In the registry I find that MyProfilerAlias and MyProfilerPassword are complete gobbledygook [loads of special characters].

Any help on this?

Has been for a while

Ken posted somewhere that he was hoping a fix would be later today. At that time the whole site will be down for a bit (if I understood him correctly)

If the fix is today I guess I'll have to change my avatar again
