I agree with Schizzzo - no need to repeat all the changes you did specifically, that is indicated when viewing the profile changes, so repeating it in the contribution notes seems redundant indeed.

with this massive change nobody would figure out what happend in the credits: a lot of name changes, people removed, name switching, a lot of voters scrutinize contributions. I find it normal to document what you do in a profile, it got even several .

I believe we are supposed to document the *source* of the changes. The changes themselves can be seen by clicking on Evaluate, as Schizzo said.

Once contributed, all changes are lost and you can start allover again. If another contributer comes along he/she can check what went on, if you have the short notice, you don't have a clue.
