| Posted: | | | | I have a general question regarding cast & roles for animated tv series.
On a few animated tv series their is a cast listed, but no role associated with them.
Now they are only credited once, but a few cast members do voices for more than one character. Some do so many that they can't all be listed on one line.
The rules only states:
For any film with standard credits, take the actor information from the end credits only, with names and roles listed exactly as they are in the credits and in exactly the same order credited.
If an actor is credited by name but does not have an associated role, you may use another source to identify the role. In each case, list Actor’s names and roles (when given) exactly as they are in the credits and in exactly the same order credited.
So if an actor does so many 'character' voices that it won't fit all on one line is it permissible to put the actor more than once in the profile. Perhaps with one role per line. |

Perhaps with one role per line. Unless they are listed multiple times in the credits, I only enter the actor multiple times if the roles don't all fit. I enter them on a single line, until I run out of room, then move to the next line. I don't see the point in entering an actor 5 times if 2 will do. | | | No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
