So i installed Dvd Profiler to my computer and i have barcode reader (and it works with dvd profiler) only problem at this time is that how i can add a movies to different profiles... not all to them... like if i have 2 users... user one has james bond movie and i have hmm... star treck movie on dvd and we want them to own profiles so we can watch a lists to that what users has like this

my friend:
james bond

me:
star treck

Not like this:
star treck
james bond

i think there is an option to do this but i cant find it. This option helps a lot if you want to know who what movies your friend has etc. you know what i mean?

and what principal user means?

can someone help me please? Exuse my english.

Thanks

Well, you can create multiple databases (go to file, open database, new database) for each user, otherwise, you can use one of the other tabs (ordered/owned) as the other person's database rather than for dvds that you've ordered.

Hope that helps...

Remember some features are no longer available after 50 DVD's
Why upgrade to DVD Profiler Unlimited?

You can create different users or 'log ins.', .. In my case  I have myself and 'da wife' use separate logins. I have found in the past , and presently if I have separate logins and each log in has its own data base.,(my documents folder),, The data base of the second login (Friend), , will only get updated of the titles they put in. and when logged into that profile. It then it can be  saved (.dpb) back to the  HardDrive under a different name. if desired.
Therefore theoretically You could have your movies - (Star Trek) always saved and opened to Login 1,, and the James Bond movies will also be saved to data or Login 2You could then add to and edit it  at any time, as long as you are logged into that name. When you backup the .dpb just be sure to have a second name.  be sure you don't get one saved to the other accidentally, always backup accordingly to the Data info on HD and not to Profiler (Internet) itself as one would override the other if saved independently on line.
But beware..  50 titles is the maximum for the free use of Invelos. Have your friend kick in $15 USD and yourself $15 will make the Invelos DVD Profiler program the Best it can be- with High Res Images and unlimited titles as well.  Plus no Ad Banners and the option of voting and Contribution to the Invelos Data base will make you and your friend Welcome Members..

When you tell it which user or users are the Principal User it will automatically select that user in the "Watched By" Dialog.  That is, to my knowledge, all that it does.  It's very handy if you are always one of the people that watch a movie.
