An uncredited appearance is, after all, an appearance where no name appears in the credits, and thus it is meaningless and incorrect to have the Credit Lookup Tool show these names and include them in the statistics. |

In the 1999 release of The Ten Commandments there are several actors that while little known at the time were later to leave their own mark on film history.

Mike Connors

Granted in all of these cases the CLT would not be needed but would that always be true. Would we simply use the CLT to apply to the (uncredited) name.

There are several more useful suggestions for increasing the usability of the CLT in Ken's original "Credit Lookup Tool Now Available"-thread, such as disregarding various editions (each edition now counts as a separate "title") and pulling the "title" in the search results from the "original title" field (because now, every translated DVD title counts as a separate "title"). |
