If the credits are what is in the OP, the others would certainly NOT be writers. They specifically wrote a story "BASED ON A STORY BY:" the other 2 people. The Writer credit is to be used only for the specific credit of Writer or Written By. Technically, none of them should be credited at all since the Story credit is not in the table of approved credits, however we have been including that type of credit as OMB for quite some time. If they were to be credited by anything other than OMB (and I'm not suggesting they should) it would probably be more closely Screenwriter than anything else, since there is an OMB credit for McGowan and Rowe. | | | Kevin | | | Last edited: by antolod |
