DVD Covers showing online, not offline

Hi All,

have this odd problem...

when I add certain DVDs, it does not find any cover images for it. Though, When I upload it online, and check the same DVDs there, I can see the cover images... Any idea what is happening here?

2 suggestions
1) try a refresh all images online (though I would suggest making a backup first and/or locking profiles you have alternate images for (your own scans for instance)
2)if its only a few profiles, select the profile and chooose online->refresh profile->refresh images (or something similar)
