New profiles always declined |

I have trouble uploading new profiles. After I had uploaded a new DVD-Profile, I always get an error message. The Message is always:
(quote) “Sources for one or more of the changes and/or additions were not submitted. Please include the sources for your changes in the contribution notes, especially for cast and crew additions.”
I can see no fault, why the profile is declined . Can someone tell me, why it does not work? If I get a reply in German, I would be glad, because the English statement is not understandable for me.

| | Posted: | | | | I can't speak German unfortunately but I'll try and answer. The message you are getting means you didn't tell them where the information came from. For example, if you have entered the cast and crew from the end credits of the film, just say in the notes "cast and crew entered as credited in the end credits". You need to mention where you got all the information you submit and I'm afraid the notes have to be in english as the screeners don't read any other languages. If this is a problem for you, there is a German DVD Profiler forum here where I'm sure you'll get plenty help with translation. |
