Hey Guys

First post ... first question.

I own a HD-DVD which is not available at the Profiler Database. So I would like to add the Disc.
It's the HD-DVD Born on the fourth of July (German HD-DVD) ... there are several DVD-Profiles available of the movie with very good Cast and Crew infos ... is there a possibility to copy these infos instead of typing them all in again?
Maybe there is a way to copy the whole profile and then I only have to re-check the necessary fields?

Greets,
geordi

Dolly's not alone. You can also clone profiles.
You've got questions? You've got answers? Take the DVD Profiler Wiki for a spin.

Wow, good question, but poor choice of thread title... I was about to go on a rant about DVD piracy again.

Copying a DVD might or might not be piracy. It all depends on which country it is done in, and potentially what kind of DVD (rented, owned etc) you copy.

We have the ability now to redit a title...

Why not go to and edit the tile to something like.. "How to Submit an Unavailable DVD? " ..
Would make life so much easier on us all...

But wanted to add as well on that 'wiki.org link.' . all is said and true.. But for HDD  it will be a little bit difficult at this point in time to get that Disc ID... So remember to leave that area blank.

Giga and lmoelleb - he's not talking about copying a dvd, he's talking about copying a profile.

We know (at least I do). I am addressing the wrong assumption that copying a DVD necessarely is piracy. That is something you can never know if you do not know where people live.
