| Posted: | | | | Checked with your region settings (Region 1). There are 80 new releases showing for this week and 103 for the next week. So everythings fine with the database.
Try DVDPro menu "Online -> Refresh Online Profile List" and see if it works then. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

| Posted: | | | | Works fine for me. I just added 3 titles to my wish list using it. When you say "doesn't seem to be working for me anymore" what exactly do you mean? Does it do anything? What version of DVDP are you using?
As Michael suggests, try updating your online profile list. | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection | | | Last edited: by Bad Father |

| Posted: | | | | First off, I would like to thank both of you guys for sharing your insite to the problem. Unfortunately for me it still doesn't work. When I select the upcoming release tab, after its done searching it comes up as navigation to web page was cancelled, try refreshing the page.
Tried refreshing and your suggestions also, but still the same. Im using the latest version I believe 3.1.
Thanks in advanced for suggestions. | | | Moose |

| Posted: | | | | Seems to be a local problem on your PC so please check the following:
- Do you get an error message while trying to "Refresh Online Profile List"? - Did you try a database repair? You get there via menu "Tools -> Utilities -> Database repair" | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

| Posted: | | | | Tried the other suggestions still a no go for me. I installed the program on a different computer which is a wireless one and when clicking on the tab it says the specified procedure could not be found. could this be related to the wireless network that was installed recently. if so what could be the problem. Thanks again in advance, all input is gladly appreciated guys. | | | Moose |

| Posted: | | | | Thanks 8ballmax for all your efforts. It still didn't workout for me. I'll keep probing hopefully I'll get it to start working again after I retrace my steps at what point it went wrong. | | | Moose |

| Posted: | | | | Maybe just an odd idea: The upcoming releases tab seems to be related to the Internet Explorer engine. So maybe it's worth a try to "play" with the settings of the IE Explorer?! Good luck! ..sorry - no better idea here! | | | Thorsten |

| Posted: | | | | And strange enough his default browser seems to work.
Since the problem occurs on both computers I'd think it's a problem with network setup.
What kind of WLAN-Router do you use? Does it have an integrated firewall? If yes, did you activate forwarding? Do your computers connect to the internet via the router or does the traffic run through one computer which is connected to the internet via modem? | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
