| Posted: | | | | So I had to take the PC I am using back to factory specs. Therefore lost the 3.0 Profiler and data. Had to download 2.5 and import collection from My Profiler. Then I can go back to 3.0. But, it is only importing 902 of my 960 collection.
Can anyone please help me??????????????????
Thanks in advance. |

| Posted: | | | | Could you not have downloaded straight into version 3 from your online collection on Invelos?
Can you tell which titles are missing? Is there anything they have in common? For example, do you have adult titles filtered out? |

| Posted: | | | | it could also be profiles where the UPC/EAN did not convert properly to the 3.x version. If that is the case the ones you need to manually 'fix' will all be flagged. You should be able to load the saved flag set (sorry - don't remember the name of the set, but it should be there). |

| Posted: | | | | Sounds like you got mixed messages. You can't download your old 2.5 collection (from Intervocative) into version 3, however once you'd uploaded your collection to Invelos from version 3, then you can download that back into the program. Hope that makes sense! |

Invalid UPCs wouldn't stop the profiles showing. After all, if they didn't show then how would you fix them? | | | Paul |

| Posted: | | | | I'm not sure but is it possible that the missing profiles are the 18+ profiles? | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?
