I Would just enter the DVD on its own. | | | Sources for one or more of the changes and/or additions were not submitted. So, there are no CDs with additional DVDs, just DVDs with additional CD that should be contributed, without the CD of course.

| Posted: | | | | To me a DVD is a DVD is a DVD.
There are DVDs sold as DVDs... DVDs given away as DVDs... DVDs with additional stuff (CDs, teddy bears, robots, origami, etc.)... Magazines with attached DVDs... CDs with attached DVDs... CD sets with books and DVDs... DVDs supplied with other stuff.
And more.
But a DVD is a DVD is a DVD.
This is DVD Profiler, allowing those people who want to, to keep a record of DVDs, sharing the details of those DVDs with others through a community-created database. We ought to include every DVD available that one or more of us own, regardless of its source.
But that's just my take on this subject, having contributed the special DVD Rhino Records included with the CD set (with hardbound book) "Love Is the Song We Sing: San Francisco Nuggets 1965-1970".

Edited to add:
Of course, home-made DVDs -- including "commercially" created pirates, other pirated DVDs, home movies, and other DVDs which are unavailable though retail/wholesale sources best would be kept local, not in the community database. | | | If it wasn't for bad taste, I wouldn't have no taste at all.

But only add the relevant DVD information, and nothing about the CD or Video Game... Well, that's clear then, isn't it? I must have misread it somehow Usually the CD/DVD-version has a different EAN than the CD-only version, so there won't be a problem with that. At least one thing done right by the music industry! |
