| Posted: | | | | Fellow retired co-worker had a party; his wife won 3 of the quarters score pool. The crowd of about 36 people was evenly split over who they were rooting for. So there was a lot sighs and cheers. That made it a good game and allot of fun. Good food and drinks.

| Posted: | | | | I still don't understand why everyone is calling this such an upset. I was telling everyone who would listen to me that this was the Giant's year. After the first 2 losses at the beginning of the season and then the streak they went on I was telling all my friends and co-workers that last year was Peyton's Super Bowl and this was Eli's Super Bowl and they laughed at me. Well, hah! Every Playoff game the commentators were picking against the Giants.. what does their defense need to do to get some respect? Tiki! You left too soon man! At least Bell declined to simulcast the HD broadcast in most of Canada (suck it Toronto and Vancouver) so we got to see the real superbowl ads, not the crappy Canadian ones. I think my favourite was giant parade balloons Stewie and Underdog battlling it out for a balloon Coke in the skies of New york. | | | Last edited: by bob9000 |

| Posted: | | | | Thanks for the hint there may be a spoiler in the first line for those of us who recorded it (and didn't know the result yet) because in the UK it was 'live' the early hours of the morning | | | It is dangerous to be right in matters where established men are wrong |
