When I enter a crew/cast member name whose name doesnt follow the firstname / lastname pattern, what should I do?

Tsui Hark, Yuen Biao exist both in any order in the list.

Plus there are different spellings, according to the national traditions or the official chinese romanisation.

Hou Hsiao for example is also spelled Xiao Hou...

I need clarification and pointers here, thanks
