I'm having a hard time visualizing what you are referring to . A screenshot would be helpful.

What I'm referring to is this: since there is so many roles for animated cast members it looks like a long straight line of roles they do voices for no matter what size you make the window.

It sounds like to me that you are talking about if you add a cast member and they have starred in a ton of films you cannot see all of the films.  Not to sound like a jerk but isn't this what the scroll bar on the right hand side is for.  I looked through a few actors that I have in more films than the pop up window covers.  I simply use the scroll bar to see the other films that aren't visible.
