| Posted: | | | | Sorry if this has been asked before did a search but could not find anything. Just about to do a profile and was wondering how Ice Cube should be parsed Ice//Cube or Ice Cube// had a quick check with the credit lookup tool and for Anaconda there are 32 entries 30 have him as Ice//Cube and only 2 as Ice Cube// 1 entry as him as Ice Cube// in the crew and Ice//Cube in the cast Personally i thought it was a stage name so should be all in the first name field but it would seem most enter it as Ice//Cube. |

| Posted: | | | | Definitely a stage name, just as Skip said. You could do everyone a favor and submit a change on the 31 entries where it is now like a real name. Thanks. | | | If it wasn't for bad taste, I wouldn't have no taste at all.

| Posted: | | | | That would definitely change things if he has legally changed his name then Ice//Cube would be correct, But as you say it is only one site that says this and i can't find any other that even mentions it not even his own site. |

Just to make this more confusing, his recent roles (after he changed his name) should be credited as Ice//Cube, and his earlier roles should be Ice//Cube [Credited as Ice Cube//]*, right? *Or maybe vice versa. I don't know. |

| Posted: | | | | I'm not sure that would be necessary if i remember correctly there is only one field for the name when using the credited as. |
