ok, like this could be the stupidest question ever but anyway. I have started to add some missing cast headshots and I was wondering that when there is a profile update if the headshots that Im putting in will be deleted or not???

Don't worry they are no stupid question, except one and this is not this question.

No you don't loose your headshot if they are an update. You could even keep headshot of cast & crew that you don't have in any profile, since this is completly independent of the movie that you have. I'm almost certain that the cast and crew list are store in this actor.idx.

If I'm wrong, I'm sure that someone else will correct me

Headshots are 100% local only.  Updates will not change them at all.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.
The Centauri learned this lesson once.
We will teach it to them again.
Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.

true that on Headshots being local. but someone was building a Headshot database that could be shard by doing a restore of just that one item..

the cool thing is, when bringing in the new one, you can compare and decide what you want to keep.

I just refound the forum.  It is in general discussions.  it is a pinned forum.

be aware when using this headshotdatabase you are mostly importing birth years

The birth years can come from an external update to headshots.  If you added headshots from that database that's running around, a number of profiles added unnecessary birth years.  I know the guys have been trying to clean that up.  If Invelos tells you that a BY is not recognized when you submit, it's a good clue that you should dump it...at least for purposes of submitting to the online.
Sources for one or more of the changes and/or additions were not submitted. Please include the sources for your changes in the contribution notes, especially for cast and crew additions.
